The outfit is a very classy combination.
The bodice has a deep neckline, no sleeves, and is in petrol blue with black/silver design on it. Although a simple but sexy top it is the right balance with the swirls of the skirt.
The skirt is a cascade of deep swirls and twists of midnight blue satin, falling into numerous folds giving a very full, long, dramatic skirt with a slight train.
